Shipping policy

All purchases from the website ship from Ohio, USA. All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon on an individual basis.   Witch Bolt Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping.  Buyer is responsible for communication with shipping carrier to locate lost or missing packages.

We offer USPS Priority mail (insured).  This includes up to $100 limited insurance.  It is the customer's responsibility to purchase additional shipping protection to protect your order beyond $100.

You agree/consent to these terms by submitting any and all types of payment to Witch Bolt Boutique.  If buyer's package is returned to us for any reason, and a redelivery is wanted, buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fees.  We will create an invoice with the appropriate shipping costs attached.
