Solid Christmas Cloth Pad (Velour)

Our standard & asymmetrical pads are made with three layers consisting of a topper, core, and backer. The Solid Christmas pads are made with a topper of cotton velour, a zorb core, and a softshell backer.

Cotton Velour is a plush, extremely soft fabric made of 80% Cotton and a 20% Poly Blend.  It is gentle on the skin and because of the velvety texture is great at absorbing heavy flows and clots.  The surface acts as thousands of miniature wicks, drawing fluids down and into the core, allowing you to remain dry and comfortable.

Zorb is a highly absorbent material consisting of cellulosic fibers from cotton/tencel/bamboo/other interspersed with polyester nylon. It is free from harmful, irritating substances such as PFOS, PFOA, lead, dioxins, heavy metals, BPA, and all kinds of phthalates, including DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP, and DnOP.  It absorbs 10 times its weight in under 2 seconds, making for a perfect pad core.

Softshell is a dual sided, 100% polyester fabric. The side that sits against your underwear is a soft fleece, which will help grip to avoid slipping while wearing. Inside is a highly water resistant layer that will keep the fluid inside the pad and off your clothing.

Our pads are intended to be worn with the colorful side (red/green) to your skin and the black fleece side facing the underwear.  All of our products are made by hand. Please keep this in mind as there may be variations in print placement, length, snap color, as well as minor imperfections.
